The deal between you and us

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for your own lawful job search.

• jobhigh5 helps you discover relevant job postings early, matches them to your profile, and drafts tailored resumes and cover letters. The optional browser extension can help auto-fill application forms on supported job sites.
• jobhigh5 is a software tool, not a recruiter, employer, or staffing agency. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, or any particular outcome. Hiring decisions are made entirely by the companies you apply to.
• Job postings, company data, and matches are provided for convenience and may be incomplete, out of date, or contain errors. Always verify details on the employer's own site before applying.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@jobhigh5.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion erases your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or that infringes others' rights;
• Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your qualifications to employers;
• Resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• Use the extension to bypass a website's terms, rate limits, or anti-abuse controls, or to submit applications you have not reviewed.

The extension acts on your behalf to fill application forms on supported job sites. You remain responsible for every application submitted — you authorize each action, and you should review what is filled in before submitting. We are not responsible for applications sent, or for the content you choose to submit, through the extension. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what the extension reads and sends.

• New accounts include a 3-day free trial. Paid plans are offered as recurring subscriptions or as one-time time-limited purchases.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access through the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, who handles billing and applicable taxes. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
• Prices may change; any change applies only to future billing periods, and we'll give notice where required.

jobhigh5 uses AI to draft resumes, cover letters, and other materials. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and editing everything before you send it to an employer. You retain ownership of your inputs and the materials you submit.

The Service — including its software, design, and content (excluding your data) — belongs to jobhigh5 and is protected by law. You keep ownership of the content you provide (such as your resume and profile). You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service interacts with third parties — for example job sites and applicant-tracking systems, messaging via Telegram, payment processing via Dodo Payments, and AI model providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that matches or generated content will be accurate or lead to any employment outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, jobhigh5 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, profits, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, the sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability) continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
